Element support

Every element,
every configuration.

Which blocks, inline content and marks each editor configuration accepts, read from the editor's own registries. Pick the configuration that fits your product; its schema refuses everything else, including on paste.

Not element types

Links
A link is an attribute of a text run, not a registered element; link commands follow the configured marks.
Comments and suggestions
Review annotations live beside the canonical content and are enabled by the host editor, not declared by an extension.
Headers and footers
Page regions belong to a section on the paged surface; they are not element types an extension installs.
Footnotes and endnotes (editor profiles)
Typed configurations declare notes as elements; the canonical editor stores them as note stories, which no extension registers.
Toolbars, shortcuts and input rules
Presentation follows each surface's editor configuration; the matrix reports content capability only.
